Marketing Executive: Product & Content
The Role
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the definition and implementation of Product + Content Strategy across online and offline channels and across all markets. The Marketing Executive will liaise with Sales, Developers and Suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Content Management
Manage projects across all channels and markets (new product launch, new functionalities, new features, AB Tests, UX improvements).
Track, report and monitor the overall website performance (traffic, leads and ROI).
Create, manage and improve the company’s content (product pages, articles, datasheets, brochures).
Manage the translations and their integration on both online and offline supports.
Provide SEO insight and implement optimisations accordingly.
Campaign Management
Define and execute multi-channel campaigns (Email Marketing, AdWords, Social Media, Display, Affiliation, Direct Marketing).
Track, report and monitor the performance of all campaigns.
Sales Collaterals
Create, manage and update the Sales supports (corporate and client presentations, technical document, tutorials, videos, training, goodies, business cards).
Manage and improve the existing online ‘leads generation tools’.
Identify, plan and organise relevant events (exhibitions, conferences, webinars etc.).
Branding
Create and manage the company’s visual identity internally and externally.
Ensure the positioning and the outgoing content consistency.
Manage and improve the online reputation on the reviews platforms.
Additional Responsibilities
Carry out regular competitor benchmarking and industry analysis.
Follow up and monitor all KPIs.
The Person
Ideally, degree educated in Marketing.
At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B services with a genuine interest for new technologies.
Proven experience in SEM (AdWords), Emailing, Display, Affiliation, Partnership, Social Media, SEO, Web analytics (Google Analytics preferably).
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Strong analytical and numeracy skills to interpret data sources is essential.
Independent, proactive, driven, self-motivated and flexible attitude while using a high initiative.
Excellent organisation, project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
