9.2          We are aware of the circumstances when we can extend the time limit up to another two months to respond to a request where requests are complex and numerous. In such circumstances we will inform you within a month that we would require a time extension.

9.3          We have procedures in place to inform any recipients if we erase any data we have shared with them or close his /her account in terms of inactivity for a period of time.

9.4          Adslane has appropriate methods in place to erase information also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’.

 

Exception

9.5          Adslane can refuse to erase your data in the following circumstances: When it is legally obliged to keep hold of your data such as to comply with financial or other regulations. When it is carrying out a task in the public interest or when exercising our official authority. When keeping your data is necessary for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. When erasing your data would prejudice scientific or historical research, or archiving that is in the public interest.

9.6          Adslane will not archive any data after erasing the personal information on the basis of his/her formal written request, So later this procedure Adslane will not be liable to provide any sorts of information about the deleted account to the individual, any third parties or any law enforcement agencies.

 

How long does Adslane retain users’ Data?

10.1          Adslane retain users’ Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide the Services they have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies.

10.2          After it is no longer necessary for us to retain users’ data, we will dispose of it in a secure manner according to our data protection, data retention and deletion policies.
