Marydale Lodge is a warm and welcoming environment that provides secure accommodation with education for young people aged 11 to 18 years. It consists of two six bedded secure units with a shared education facility where staff are committed to ensuring that the young people we care for aspire to reach their full potential.

Head of Education
37 Hours per week

Salary: Teachers Leadership Pay Scale L3 to L8
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Teacher to lead the education team at Marydale secure welfare unit in St Helens. The successful candidate will have significant knowledge and experience in the education of young people with special education needs with the ability to co-ordinate the teaching of all curriculum areas across the keys stages.
As a key member of the Senior Management Team at Marydale, you will have excellent leadership skills to manage the education unit and to contribute to the ongoing development of the service.
