*Job Description:*
- Manage the billing process, including generating invoices, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients/customers.
- Maintain detailed records of billing activities and transactions.
- Communicate with clients/customers to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and finance, to reconcile billing discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and billing guidelines.
- Utilize billing software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Work independently from home, managing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.
*Requirements:*
- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred but not always required.
