How to create a professional Gmail signature?

For creation of a professional Gmail signature first of all log in your Gmail account then in the top right of the screen search for the gear icon click on that and go to “settings menu” scroll down through all the options until the signature section is visible to you after that enter your contact details then you can add the additional formatting, add at least one hyperlink then click “ok” then insert the image of your choice once done with that all then click “save changes.”
