An exciting opportunity has arisen for Call Centre Advisors to join the Moorcroft Group. In return we offer a competitive salary of £18875 per annum with a realistic OTE of £20555 per annum plus 28 days holiday. The Moorcroft Group are a leading UK consumer debt recovery specialist and are recruiting for Call Centre Advisors to join their call centre in Stockport. We are an Investors In People employer.
The Call Centre Advisors will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers in creating realistic solutions to their financial problems.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidates and there is also the opportunity to gain an industry recognised accreditation initiative.
The successful Call Centre Advisor will:
Be educated to GCSE standard in Maths and English
Possess excellent communication skills
Have a commitment to helping customers
The hours of work alternate between early and late shifts on a weekly basis. The working hours are:
Early shift: Monday-Friday 07:15-13:15 and Saturday 08:30-16:00
Late shift: Monday- Thursday 13:00-21:00 and Friday 13:00-19:00.
